i believe i have friends who care, and who appreciate me. a last minute decision to ask her out for lunch and she agreed without much thought. though busy with work and her bf, she still makes time to meet me. i like this kind of people, who don't place their bf above all else. i happen to have this strong dislike for people who place their bf above all else. it's exceptionally difficult to meet up with people like this, if they happen to be your close friend. weekends are nonos, coz it's bf day, weekdays are difficult coz you're either schooling or working. you notice a trend in these people, they come knocking on your doors often when they're single, and you're not in their list when they're attached. i believe people who really care for you will try their best to suit their schedules to yours. and i am grateful i have a handful of them who are like this.

i'm just not the kind of girl who DIE DIE must make weekends bf day, coz it's quality time, not quantity time which is important. therefore, i detest people who don't wish to meet on weekends, which coincidentally is the time i'm most free, just because they wanna see their honey. i mean like, you can see your honey so frequently, but you don't see your friends THAT often. i see that kind of behaviour dumb, coz you're actually giving up your social circle for that relationship. which is why when people ask me if i'm meeting my bf on weekends, or gimme a stunned expression like "how can you both not meet on weekends?!" i find that utterly stupid. if there is love, the frequency of meeting your loved one doesn't matter. free - meet; not free - don't meet. simple logic yeah?

when next week arrives, i'm just going to be so drowned in work that i don't even have time for myself. i can see it coming, coz each day in the office keeps getting later. even if i happen to have free time i would rather spend it at home, catching up on some rest. therefore my expenditure in november will be equivalent to zero. it's such a fast place workplace that i'm desperately trying to catch my breath, but somehow, i enjoy it. if you happen to work in a bank operations, i suppose you will know how busy it gets when there are new releases for all those tons of applications.
